Will Skin Co. products affect other products that I am using?

Skin Co. products can be used alone or in conjunction with other products. However, we recommend using Skin Co. products together to optimize your results.

How do I update my subscription?

If you wish to update the next shipment date, cancel the subscription, update payment, or change address details, please log into your account. If you need to swap products or remove products in your subscription, please contact support@menskin.co.

How do I use my Skin Co. product?

Each product comes with an instruction card that details each step for usage and recommended usage amount.

Why do you ask for my name for the packaging?

We personalize each product by printing your name, age bracket, and skin profile on our product labels.

What are the ingredients that go into your products?

We have an ingredients page that is located at the bottom of our website (or here) and details the individual ingredients for each product. Ingredients are also printed on each product label.

Where are your products manufactured?

We have partners internationally that formulate and test our products before production. The majority of the packaging, design, and manufacturing is done in Los Angeles, CA.

Why are the collection product sets only available as subscriptions?

We believe that the key to great skin is dedication through using multiple products. A subscription will improve your skin and keep the results long term. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you run into any problems by signing into your account.

When will Skin Co. products expire?
The shelf life of Skin Co. products is approx. 6 months after opening.
Can I travel with my Skin Co. products?

Yes, all Skin Co. products are less than 3.3 oz, which makes it ideal for travelers. The TSA allows up to 3.3 oz per individual product, so you may bring your Skin Co. products in your carry on.

How should I store Skin Co. products?

Store your Skin Co. products in a cool area, away from direct sunlight. The majority of our members place the products next to their bed or on the bathroom sink.

Could I have an allergic reaction to any of the Skin Co. products?

There is always a chance of allergic reaction depending on the individual. If you incur any allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact customer support at support@menskin.co

My skin is having a negative reaction from using Skin Co. products. What should I do?

Please stop using the product and contact customer service to receive next steps or advice.

Why are Skin Co. products not sold on Amazon?

We are a new company and our mission is to change the skincare industry for men. Because direct relationships with our customers are important, we made a strategic decision to sell directly to consumers to get valuable feedback. However, we are open to other distribution channels in the near future.

Should I shave before or after using Skin Co. products?

We recommend applying our products after shaving to help with shaving irritation and razor burn. However, the Exfoliating Rub should be used beforehand to remove dead skin and ensure a smooth shave.

What service is my order shipped with?

We ship out all of our items with DHL eCommerce. USPS First Class Package mail or USPS Priority mail, depending on the weight of the order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are shipped out of California within 4 business days of ordering. However, products purchased in a pre-sale or high demand phase may take longer. Details about these phases and shipment times are always available on each product page.

Why do some products have a delay in shipment?

Certain products may be delayed due to a pre-sale phase or excessive demand. We always include a note on the purchase page that provides the expected shipping date.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you via Shopify or available on your account.
