you guys sent two products twice and over charged me when I sent an email a week before it was shipped writing you to not send the products .. regardless you still sent the products and charged me 70 dollars...
Love the body wash, smells great and hydrates my dry skin well. Just wish it was a bit more sudsy, that might just be my preference though.
Seems to be good on the skin but for the price of it it don't lather very well a £1 bottle of lynx foams better
My experience of Lumin in general was awful. After signing up to the “Free” Trail that only cost be £4. It took over a month to get to me. Before it had arrived I tried to cancel any remaining subscription to Lumin via their website but unfortunately i was met with a message that told me i couldn’t cancel the subscription as i have a Trail in the post. Obviously I email Lumin Customer care to try resolve the issue but i got no reply. A few more emails and about a week later I was told that they were going to send out a new trail and stop the subscription. By this time theyd already taken another £25 for the subscription that i couldn’t cancel. That sub hasn’t turned up after a month. I don’t get replies to my emails and they even have the cheek of asking my review of the products Save you self the trouble and don’t bother. Bunch of wasters
